  The furniture is not worth the outrage. Outrage that they could care less about you or service quality and demonstrate it every time you make an enquiry. Once they have your money, you are nothing to them They actively disregard customer service. We were told 12 weeks for furniture. 16.7 weeks later the delivery arrived incomplete. Every time I have called the concierge, I have spent, on average, 30 minutes on hold (at the moment I'm at 44 minutes oh hold with no end in sight). They obfuscate and protect the party line; "it could take 12 weeks"; I understand that it has been 14 weeks; 2) "its Thailand's fault; it is a big ocean and it takes a long time to get here". "oh, sorry, your stuff is being made in Mexico". Both quotes were actually made by the Arhaus staff. My counsel would be go next door.
