  We had a horrible experience with another "local Business" So when Snow Bros was recommended, we gave them a call. Our salesman, Rick Ritt, gave us a great deal on a new washer and dryer, and when the dryer had some issues, and stopped working after the 4th load, Rick got us a new replacement in under a week. Am extremely happy with my new washer and dryer, and with Snow Bros. Would highly recommend to anyone

  Beautiful showroom, knowledgeable & helpful sales people (when they want your sale). All that ends when they have your money; customer service is terrible from the owner down to the staff. I purchased several appliances for a complete kitchen remodel and had some issues with one. After 4 months of repairmen being sent over to repair a brand new appliance, over and over, I asked for a new range. The owner got on the phone and spoke to me in a way I have never been spoken to before. He then blocked the replacement of my range. I ended up contacting the manufacturer directly and they were very helpful and replaced my range. I would drive hours to another store before I would go back to Snow Bros.
